Return and refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging is required

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-returnable items include:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items


2. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Hype Closet will cover the return shipping cost


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return the original item and place a new order.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing or shipment, cancellations are not possible.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received, contact your bank or payment provider, then reach out to us.
